These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Free The Pad website, community platform, and services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Free The Pad (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Free The Pad is a community-driven movement providing free sanitary pads to members, funded by advertising. Distribution is currently available in select regions, with plans to expand. Membership is open to all.
To join Free The Pad, you must:
Provide accurate and complete registration details
Not use automated systems or false identities to sign up
We reserve the right to reject, pause, or terminate any membership at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
Signing up does not guarantee a free pack.
Distribution depends on advertiser demand, location, and member profile fit.
Not all members will receive packs every month.
We reserve the right to update eligibility criteria and suspend deliveries at any time.
We may offer referral-based rewards to support community growth. These are subject to:
Verification of successful referrals
Availability of funds, perks, or product stock
Change or cancellation without notice
Attempting to manipulate or exploit the referral system may result in account suspension or ban.
We fund Free The Pad by including advertising in our communications and pad shipments. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or suitability of advertiser products or messaging.
All ads must comply with community standards. We reserve the right to reject any ad content that is misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.
You agree not to:
Harass, bully, or abuse other members
Post harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Attempt to access or misuse other members’ data
We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content or users who violate our policies.
All content on the Platform (excluding third-party ads) is the property of Free The Pad or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any of our content without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any harm, loss, or inconvenience arising from your use of the Platform or the products provided.
We make no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or availability of pad shipments or partner offerings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
